Malta Passenger Locator Form
Passenger Locator Form to Malta was introduced as a response to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic around the globe. This online health and travel-related declaration is a part of the European system of Digital Passenger Locator Forms. The dPLF to Malta is an entirely online declaration and must be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) before the intended arrival in Malta.
Every person entering Malta, no matter their status of vaccination or recovery, country of origin or age, is obliged to hold a valid digital Passenger Locator Form. Moreover, every passenger needs to submit the Maltese PLF separately.
The only group exempt from the completion of the PLF to Malta are passengers who transit through Malta and do not plan to exit the transit zone at the airport when awaiting the flight to their final destination.
